Bhakti Pravesh is the art of flowing along the pathway from self-love to experiencing qualitative oneness with the cosmos and all living and inanimate beings. You will experience the daily embrace of divinity within every entity of the universe. It is a subsequent stratum of practice after one has wholeheartedly accepted Bhakti Sandesh in their daily yoga practice.
The practice entails a simple fusion of 3 concepts applied with specialized postures (kriyas), gestures (mudras) and energy locks (bandhas):
